This is a beautiful lake with stunning forest views behind it. Please bring sunblock because there are lot’s of non-shaded spots. Most of the road out to the lake from town is a gravel/dirt road but it’s well maintained. The scenery on the drive out is something to see and even better in the fall when the leaves have changed. Small boats are allowed but nothing that creates a wake. Bring your canoe or paddle board for an epic mountain lake experience!

Remember, you must have a valid Colorado fishing License to fish!

Camping is available at Teal Camp Ground
